Rules and Regulations
1) 8 teams
2) Entry fee - 30
3) Weekly salary (High Scores)
- a) 1st - 3
- b) 2nd – 2
- c) 3rd - 1
4) Year end bonus (High Score)
- a) 1st - 25
- b) 2nd - 23
- c) 3rd - 20
- d) 4th - 18
- e) 5th - 16
- f) 6th - 14
- g) 7th - 12
- h) 8th - 10
5) Teams consist of the following
- a) Quarterback
- b) Kicker
- c) Running Back
- d) Wide Reciever
- e) Tight End
- f) Defense
6) Teams cannot consist of no more than one player from a NFL franchise. (exception defense)
7) Statistics will be derived from Yahoo.com. NFL.com may be used for Backup.
8) All statistics will be distributed weekly preferably via email and the Buddha Bowl Website - http://www.14u.iwarp.com
9) Three mulligans will be allowed. ("Mulligan" is considered as a trade)
10) Free Trades are allowed only if a player is on the injured list per NFL.com or the backup source the Seattle Times.
- a) Injury listed as "Probable" or "Questionable" - your team is unable to use the "Free Trade" rule.
- b) Injury listed as "Doubtful" or "Out" - your team may exercise the use of the "Free Trade" rule.
Exercising the Free Trade Rule allows coaches to select another player to participate in place of the injured player. This allows a team to replace an injured player without using a Mulligan. Once a player status changes from "Out" or "Doubtful" the following week, the player is returned to the original team lineup unless otherwise stated by the team coach. The team coach decision may be to keep the newly acquired teammate for his original line up if he/she so chooses.
11) Bye Week Trades are allowed only to teams who have a "Bye" on their schedules.
- a) All Bye Trades will only be good for that given week. The following week will default to the original lineup.
12) Suspension Trades are if a player is suspended by the NFL or Franchise for a game (i.e.. substance abuse, throwing a helmet, running over a policewoman, spitting on the ref, etc.) a team is allowed to pick up a new player without using a mulligan. It is treated as a free trade but the suspended player is returned to the line up when his suspension has been fulfilled. This will follow in similarity as the Bye Trade.
13)All trades must be done prior to the first kick off of the weeks scheduled games, via website, email, vmail or direct contact.
- a) No trades will be accepted for the next scheduled week until 12.00 am Tuesday. All trades prior to this time will be denied.
- b) First come, first served basis.
- c) The Official Website through the Trade Desk is the prefered vehicle to communicate your trade. This site will control who got their trade in first.

* - 2 points per Safety
16) Draft Day will be on September 9, 2010 at 12:00 a.m.
17) Draft order will be determined randomly by the draw of cards. Ace being low. - a) Five rounds
- b) 1st, 3rd and 5th round draft selections will be in order as stated above.
- c) 2nd and 4th round draft selections will be the in the reverse order as the previous round.
18) On draft day please have the following:
- a) Team entry fee
- b) Team name
- c) Draft selections - It is best to have at least your top 13 selections of each position
19) If you cannot attend Draft Day please forward your selections to me prior to the draft.
20) Funds will be distributed on or near Super Bowl Sunday.
21) If you were not around or near Super Bowl Sunday your possible funds will be sent to you.
